About Us

Under the banner of Love Over Hate, Wayside Chapel provides unconditional love, care and support to people experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental health issues and social isolation in both Kings Cross and Bondi Beach.

Wayside’s programs ensure that the all members of our community have access to essential health, welfare, social and recreational services, as well as place to feel welcome.

Wayside Chapel Op shop's are social enterprises that operate out of Potts Point and North Bondi, as well as online to allow our community to shop a large range of quality pre-loved, eclectic fashions and affordable designs.

Wayside Chapel Op shops allow customers to shop ethically and look good, do good and feel good knowing that every dollar spent goes straight back into Wayside’s programs and services to help vulnerable members of our community.

Sustainability and our Environment:

At Wayside Chapel Op Shop we love our planet and home so we think its important to limit the amount of clothing and items that end up in landfill. Donating and shopping with our Op shops allow you to jazz up your wardrobe without additional manufacturing and carbon emission resources. We are passionate that giving items a second home and contributing to slowing down the fast fashion demands is small steps towards creating a better future.
